• You can drink Katsu just as it is, without diluting.
    Or you may use it to help take your medicine.
  • Add 10 parts water, hot or cold, to one part Katsu (10-15 cc),
    ideally drinking two or more times per day, but any frequency is fine.
  • Your tea, coffee or even whiskey will taste better with a few capfuls of Katsu added.
    (Add three to five capfuls per pot of tea or coffee.)
  • Katsu may also be heated or frozen.

  • Mix in a pinch of unrefined salt and use for eyes or nose.
  • For hair or skin (face, hands, etc.), use without diluting.
    Repeat frequently and leave your hair or skin wet for as long as possible.
  • This very clean water can be sprayed or rubbed onto any skin with troubles.

A tingling sensation when Katsu is sprayed on the skin occurs when you lack sufficient wave energy.
In this case, apply plenty of Katsu.

Anyone of any age can use Katsu, including pregnant women.

Unique ways of using Katsu for more refreshment.

Add 50-100 cc to the bath water and mix well.
This helps prevent incrustation from hard water.
The water left after the bath is also excellent for washing afterwards.
